All VegTrug products, internationally, come with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
Deliveries may take up to 5 working days unless otherwise stated and will be made between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You will receive an email confirming when you item has been dispatched.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please locate your order in your account and use the “Report a problem with your order” button.
We ask that you attach images of the damage, which enables us to see exactly what the problem is. We will then endeavour to replace any broken, damaged or missing piece as quickly as possible, or accept a full return in unassembled condition.
Please do not assemble a product with a damaged piece. By assembling the product, you assume the damage is acceptable and are no longer eligible to return it. We will then only be able to provide replacement parts.
Returns & Refunds
If you have ordered a product by mistake or wish to return an unopened item, a refund for the purchase price will be issued along with the original delivery charge.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of the return process. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that any refunds will take between 5-10 business days.
If you wish for VegTrug to arrange a collection, we will refund the purchase price and original delivery, but will deduct an amount to cover the cost of shipping:
